Chef Li Guang encapsulates his roots and memories growing up in Singapore.
His philosophy hinges on responsibly understanding produce, ingredients and taste profiles, while championing a locavore cause of supporting the local community.
He gets his inspirations from his childhood food memories(especially those of grandma’s).
Han is well known for the deconstruction and reinterpretation of ‘traditions’, inspired by the ever-changing beauty of nature.

Other than being one-half of local chinese pop duo The Freshman (插班生), Diya is also passionate about coffee. On her days off, she regains her Sanity by spending time musing about life over a good cuppa.. In 2019, she opened Sanity Coffee Bar (Esplanade) with a vision to build community one cup, one conversation at a time.
